Step 1: To apply for PASSHE Foundation scholarships please log in or create an account below.

To avoid errors, please only use a personal email address for your account.

Step 2: Once you have created your account or logged in, then you must first complete the “Profile builder”. This is Not a scholarship application. This Creates your profile and is used to determine the scholarships you are eligible to apply for.

Step 3: After completing the profile builder, please go to “My Applications” for a full list of all scholarships you are eligible to apply for. Please note, you must complete the individual application for each scholarship you wish to apply to.
